Whole Family Approach Training
Working with the whole family is crucial to support positive change for children and families. Including the whole family in our daily practice will allow insight into how individual support needs impact on each other. By understanding the whole family will allow us to work in partnership with the family which in turn will support good planning and develop sustainable positive outcomes.
The aim of the training is to develop and build on our understanding of whole family working and how we can bring this approach to the forefront of our practice, with a lens on early intervention and support.
The training is aimed at frontline practitioners who work with children and their families. The training is suitable for professionals new into post, those working with children and families and/or those taking on a whole family way of working.
