St. Helens Speaking Out: Honour Based Abuse & Harmful Practices!
St. Helens SCP has partnered with Savera UK to bring you St. Helens Speaking Out!
St. Helens Speaking Out: Harmful Practices is a virtual awareness raising session around the themes of Female Genital Mutilation, Forced Child Marriage and Honour Based Violence, all known as 'Harmful Practices'.
This virtual session will run for 2.5 hours on 24th February 10am to 12.30pm. We have capacity for 150 partnership professionals, so BOOK NOW!
The session will be delivered by specialist guest speakers:
- Afrah Qassim - CEO of Savera UK
- Leads from the National FGM Unit
- Leads from the Force Marriage Unit
- Merseyside Police
- Survivor Ambassador of Savera UK
