EHAT 1:1 Support/Case Discussion Sessions

To book EHAT 1:! support sessions please email the Partnership Coordinators – partnershipcoordinator@sthelens.gov.uk 

The sessions are 30 mins long and designed to offer 1:1 support with updating/using the EHAT system and case discussions on open or potential cases. These are a great opportunity to go through and discuss any queries you may have. Once a month the support sessions will be attended by a member of the system support team who will be available to offer technical advice for the EHM system.  

Sessions are virtual via Microsoft Teams and are bookable via emailing the partnership coordinator mailbox (email address above) with 1:1 EHAT support in the subject heading. When booking please specify which session you would like to book on, you will then be given times of sessions available for that date. Sessions are 30 mins and are likely to be 1:00 – 1:30, 1:45- 2:15, 2:30 – 3:00, 3:15 – 3:45, 4:00 – 4:30, 4:30 – 5:00.  

To attend the support sessions, you need to have an EHAT account/login details and have already attended the Early Help Assessment Training (with Systems)
