Early Help Assessment and Support Training MARCH 2025

Early Help Assessment and Support Training is 2 non-consecutive days training that combines all Partnership Coordinators' previous training (EHAT skills, Lead Professional, Effective Chairing Meetings and Case Recording) into a 2-day package.
DAY 1 MARCH 17th at Sutton Family Hub 9.30am - 4.00pm
- Introduction to St Helens Early Help, Level of Need, Services that can support.
- The role of the Lead Professional - awareness of the role of Lead Professional and how this applies in St Helens as part of effective integrated working.
- Chairing Meetings - develop knowledge and skills in relation to chairing/leading Family Actions Meetings at Level 2 to ensure robust, effective, and timely plans for children and young people.
DAY 2 MARCH 24th at Sutton Family Hub 9.30am - 4.00pm
- Case Recording - develop knowledge and skills of quality case recording and support the understanding of different aspects of case recording on the EHM/EHAT system.
- EHAT System Navigation (provided by system support) - Review the liquid logic system looking at how to navigate, create and use either Single Agency Support or Multi-Agency EHAT.
Training is designed for practitioners who are expected to carry out the Lead Professional role supporting children and their families in need of Early Help, or those who will use the EHAT system to record their intervention via Single Agency Support. The training can be accessed as a refresher or for the first time.
