DSL Training Together for Schools/Early Years

This training is the new and updated mandatory Safeguarding Leads in Schools & Early Years settings training, and should be attended by all DSL's and Deputy DSL's within schools/ early years settings.

Course Aims:

• Understanding the role and responsibilities of the DSL/DDSL within school/early years settings and when working with the wider partnership.
• Understanding the safeguarding processes - Looking at internal & multi-agency procedures.
• Creating a strong safeguarding culture within school & early years settings.
• Local priority areas, partnership priorities and emerging themes.
